No you do not. The third step of starting a new campaign is the schedule tab. This tab allows you to choose to advertise consecutive days, weekly or monthly. Both the weekly and monthly options have calendars that allow you to choose only the days that you want to display your ad.

An ad campaign is defined as when an advertiser places an ad for a single or multiple monitors for a predetermined length of time, not necessarily consecutive days and consists of one prepaid payment. An example could be one ad for one monitor for one day and would consist of a one time payment of 1 x 1 x 2 = 2.00 for this campaign. A campaign could also be one ad for 3 monitors for every Friday for 12 months with a one time payment of 3 x 2 x 52 = 312.00 for this campaign. A campaign could be one ad for 7 days on one monitor for a one time payment of 2 x 1 x 7 = 14.00. Any ad campaign can be cancelled from the corner office under Advertiser Tools, Pending Campaigns or Current Campaigns and the balance of the unused credits will be refunded to the advertisers withdrawal account.
Go to Account Balances – Withdrawal Account – Click Cash Out and follow the prompts. You will choose between having a cheque mailed to you (available to all registered users) or to have the dollar amount directly deposited to your bank account (at this time only available to users in Canada and the USA). Only regular credits can be cash out.
Bonus Credits are earned when a condition on the special page has been met. The Special page is a link on the left side of your screen and from time to time will contain promotions for registered users. Examples of promotions: “users who purchase X number of credits between such and such a date will received X number of bonus credits” OR “The next X number of locations to register with a monitor will receive X number of bonus credits. Bonus credits have no cash value but can be redeemed for advertising or for the purchase of ads from the library.
Location Owners and Monitor Owners earn credits for every ad that is displayed in a location. Ad Designers earn credits for every ad template that is accepted by the ad committee and earn residual credits when advertisers purchase ad templates from the library. These earned credits can be used to pay for advertising campaigns or can be redeemed for cash.
Regular credits are credits that have been purchased either in bulk or via an ad campaign that has not completed. Regular credits are also earned by location and monitor owners and ad designers. Regular credits can be used to advertise, purchase an ad from the library or can be redeemed for cash.
The credits in your holding account are the credits needed for campaigns that have been set up but have not finished displaying on the chosen monitors.
Regular credits never expire. They remain in the user’s withdrawal account until such time that the user starts and ad campaign or request’s that regular credits paid out.
Your computer must have windows XP or Vista operating system and have an ethernet card to connect to high speed internet. You should pre-load Adobe Flash Player 10 (Free Software) and you should also pre-load .Net Framework 3.5 and service patch 1 (Free Software).
You may choose one location or as many locations as you see fit per campaign. The flexibility of the advertiser being able to choose how many locations to spend his advertising dollars on is only one of the advantages of ToonieAds.com.
Third party monitor suppliers are registered users of ToonieAds.com and own monitors that are available to be placed in a registered ToonieAds.com Location that does not have a monitor. In this scenario as the location owner and the monitor owner are not the same person, they will each receive $0.30 (or 3 credits) per day for every ad that is displayed in that location.
There are no registration fees, no maintenance fees and no subscriptions fees for joining or using the ToonieAds Network.
A registered user is an individual or company that has completed the Register Now! process and has chosen a username and password. Once the Register Now process is completed the network creates a corner office that contains a variety of tools and reports to help with future advertising needs or helps to track revenue from registered locations and monitor or ads templates submitted for the library.
